Look for coffee that is labeled as "100% Costa Rican," which means that the coffee beans were grown and harvested in Costa Rica. You may also see labels such as "SHB" or "Strictly Hard Bean," which indicates that the coffee was grown at high altitudes and is considered a premium product.
