12Jun 2023; I really want to like the Zenfone 9, but it is the most unreliable phone I've owned. Had the Zenfone 9 since Oct. 2022. The call quality is very poor. On regular basis, the callee complains about robotic voice usually after 2-5 minutes call in noisy environments - i.e., supermarkets, traffic, open office etc.
