Place the nuts somewhere safe (pic below). Spray some WD40 on the glow plugs and leave them sit for a while to allow for easier removal. Using 10mm socket wrench try to release the glow plugs. Pay close attention to do it slowly and carefully as you do not want to risk damaging it. In my case they came out rather easy.
