Players only need a single ESO account in order to play The Elder Scrolls Online on both PC/Mac, Stadia, Xbox and PlayStation. However, you will need a copy of the game for each platform on which you wish to play. While only a single ESO account is needed, characters and progress through the game are not shared between platforms. Additionally It does work with PlayStation you have to download the PS app to your mobile device to remote play on PS4/PS5 I do this all the time. Ah okay, but then it still requires a PlayStation to be online, where the trick I show require no hardware to run the game, but thanks for letting me know. this should really be a thing where i can login on pc and play and progress can carry over to console and vise versa although that may be a problem staying in the same guilds i suppose too. but still a game like DCUO is cross-platform since i had started my account on PC and then used the same character on PS3 then PS4 when it came out. so why
Absolutely nothing works between platforms. Your PC game might as well have never existed if you play on Xbox. WagyuBeefCubes. โ€ข 1 yr. ago. Nothing in this game is cross-platform. NatilDragonGirl. โ€ข 1 yr. ago. Unfortunately not, it's per server and platform. I have dlcs I bought on xbox EU, but I also play on xbox NA and I would need to buy

Yeah, that currency has specific cost in certain platforms, in PC/NA the crown exchange are like 600-700:1, in PC/EU crowns are 800-1000:1.
can you play elder scrolls online cross platform
The Megaserver technology featured in The Elder Scrolls Online allows PC (Windows OS) players and Mac players to play together. Xbox players have a specific Megaserver dedicated to only those players using an Xbox . PlayStation players have a specific Megaserver dedicated to only those players using a PlayStation.
Do we want cross platform? There is upsides and downsides. Upside I can play with all of my friend (yes, friend ) Downside, possible server mess, Console owners complaining about PC perks ( I'm not sure ps4 will, it's too successful, for xbone it makes sense) THANK YOU EVERYONE for your feedback, I hope it will help ESO development Launch The Elder Scrolls Online from your Steam Library list. If not yet installed, you should click the Install button and allow the process to complete, then click Play. Allow the ESO Launcher to completely patch and select Play. From the in-game login screen, select the โ€œI have an existing PC/Mac Elder Scrolls Online accountโ€ checkbox.

First, link your EGS account with your ESO account on elderscrollsonline.com, then link your ESO account with your with your Steam account on elderscrollsonline.com. I think this should be enough for you to be able to continue playing on your account with your characters from EGS version when you buy game in Steam and start to play there.
