Hey I've heard this game is pretty dope and I dont have any other games to enjoy at the moment besides POE but even that gets stale after a while. So I am undecided if I should get the base game only or if the season pass actually adds content like Witcher 3 season pass. Thanks in advance!

Im looking into the Season Pass ($40) right now, would you guys recommend I get it now or wait for the DLCs to drop?

Yes I had the standard edition and bought the Gold Edition the next year when it went on sale. It will keep your same game just unlock the DLC content.
