There is white dot in the top left corner of the screen that has started showing up today. I have upgraded to iOS 14.1 but that doesn't seem the issue, as I have an iPhone 8 that shows the same dot with iOS14.0. The dot will slide with the lock screen (it is not a dead pixel) and will show up also in the control center drop down screen.
